A Records Imaging Specialist will :
Receive and prepare all documents in batches for the ingestion process
Uses scanning software (Kofax) to capture documents electronically for later retrieval.
Decides the priority of each document and when to begin scanning in order to meet deadlines
Indexes files and stores them according to established procedures
Tracks and logs daily production and performs quality control checks on scanned documents to ensure image has a high degree of clarity and readability.
Follow up using Kofax Research and Rescan module all batches returned from the Shared Service
Validates all documentation received from internal clients.
Archive Daily all documents brought to the File Room.
Coordinate Iron Mountain orders
Coordinate policy clean up.
File all policies in numerical order upon arrival
Bachelor degree in Business or a related field of study
0 to 2 years industry experience
Language skill : fluent in English and Spanish
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to plan and prioritize own work
Excellent teamwork skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office suite products specially Word and Excel.
