We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience delegating staff members. This resource will be working within the IT Analyst team with minimal supervision from upper management and will be required to turn end-
user requirements into technical documentation and ultimately IT solutions. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for implementing the formal Release Management process in various applications.
Support the process throughout various stages for the timely delivery of the client requests within budget, according to business requirements and to deliver a successful execution.
Define the release objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Initiate, develop, update, and manage release calendars for highly visible applications.
Manage release information such as release content, release schedules and Programming and Certification staffing.
Manage release execution stages to ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and scope; monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and scope are met.
Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Establish and execute a communication plan.
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of releases.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree
5+ years Project Management in the coordination of implementation, conversion, and system updates.
Excellent communication skills are needed to support client / user testing and coordination with other teams in deployment tasks.
Team working skills to collaborate proactively in a team environment and able to multitask.
5+ years' experience in designing and developing and establishing the flow, process, and project mapping.
Must / Plus :
Knowledge with Agile / SCRUM Methodology (Plus)
Microsoft Project (Must)
