The Logistics Coordinator will work daily with clients and vendors in all assigned aspects of client transportation needs.

They will provide guidance and support to maintain a consistent and effective application of company supply chain practices.

The Logistics Coordinator will establish and maintain departmental processes and invoicing, while being the front-line for all client inquiries, both internal and external.


  • Manage the Freight Helpdesk by answering all inquiries, tracking claims and credits ain a timely and effective manner
  • Respond to client shipping and fulfillment inquiries and coordinates with freight and warehousing vendors
  • Reviews freight invoices and reports for accuracy and completeness prior approval
  • Purchase and supports shipping and warehousing services for client accounts across the company
  • Prepare and manipulate weekly freight data files for reporting and upload
  • Review unallocated charges or incomplete invoices, and find a resolution to correct all outstanding issues
  • Maintainlogistics vendor accounts including the set-up of new users / suppliers, and the discontinuation of terminated users
  • Train and educate users on company shipping processes and best practices
  • Monitor logistics daily processes, and work closely with the IT team to ensure a smooth process
  • Actively seek to reduce unallocated shipping cost by contacting vendors / clients via email and / or phone for corresponding job reference #
  • Manages day-to-day risk associated with freight shipments and fulfillment logistics
  • requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of logistics experience preferred
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Software, high aptitude for MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects
  • Experience with billing and invoicing processes
  • Experience working with suppliers to negotiate job cost and schedules
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fully Bilingual (English-Spanish)
