Our Automation team in our Guaynabo, Puerto Rico location is currently looking for a bright, ambitious OSI PI Engineer who enjoys team work and on-
Possess strong software development / integration background and practical experience with system functional applications such as historical data management, reporting, data analysis and performance management.
Knowledge and experience with OSI PI is required.
Knowledge and experience with Automation Control Systems (e.g. Rockwell, DeltaV, etc.) will be favorably considered.
Minimum of 2 years IT experience in the Pharma / Biotech industry a plus. Requirements related to regulated industries (FDA, GMP, 21 CFR part 11) Relational Databases (e.
g. Oracle, SQL) .NET Programming Languages
Knowledge and experience with infrastructure including servers and network hardware / configuration (VMs, routers, switches, security, etc.) a definite plus.
Position is for regular, full-time employment in Puerto Rico.
Salary offer is commensurate to years of experience, education and training.
B.S. in Software or related technical engineering discipline, other training and relevant professional experience will be considered.
Implement new data historian implementations
Work with customers to define reporting needs, design and implement
Add additional interfaces to new systems
Development of custom software applications to integrate with data historian
Basic data historian support
Assignment may require travelling to customer sites
