S cope of Position :
Ensure the proper and timely movement of freight and information, while complying with internal and external requirements and providing exceptional customer service within the Ocean Export department.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :

Deliver creative cargo routing solutions to customers and colleagues.
Work both independently and collaboratively to problem solve unique business challenges.
Provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally.
Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues both international and domestic.
Review documentation for compliance with international trade regulations
Prepare and process international documentation
Comply with US and foreign trade regulations
Track and trace international cargo
Invoice customers accurately and timely, for services provided
Education and Experience : 6 months to 1 year related experience and / or training equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
