Role Summary :

The Sales Operations Specialist is a key position within the Ultrasound IT business, being responsible for driving growth and profitability.

This role will support software and Software Maintenance Agreement; (SMA); sales as well as work with our professional service and customer support teams to drive positive customer outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Help drive the success of our Qtrly SMA renewals with the Ultrasound IT Inside Sales team. You will lead the renewal pricing and provide the sales team with key information regarding software purchases the customer has made since their last SMA, new SW versions available and touchpoints they have had with our customer support team.
  • This work has enabled an 80%+ Qtrly renewal success rate!

  • Provide progress updates on the Qtrly renewals and regular dashboards showing the teams progress towards their Qtrly renewal goals.
  • Accurately maintain customer information including SMA status, purchasing history and SW license tracking for all USCAN customers in our SalesForce service platform.
  • Work cross functionally to drive improvements and automation of our SMA renewal process
  • Provide Qtrly dashboards / metrics / financial charts to cross-functional teams to operate effectively to meet their goals / objectives
  • Create and manage accurate standard quality procedures across cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.
  • Help support information gathering for internal compliance audits and resolution of invoice disputes.
  • orders and sales reports with the ledger to identify any issues with order transfer or revenue recognition. Work with the Make Center in Munich and local OTR teams to resolve any issues identified.

  • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type / position
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
  • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with eOM and SalesForce.com
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills, including the ability to easily convey concepts to peers, customers & employees
  • Ability to help drive cross functional process improvements
  • Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right the first time
  • Time management skills with the ability to work multiple projects / priorities with minimal supervision
  • Unrestricted work authorization in the US without sponsorship
  • Willingness to submit to and pass a drug test and educational employment and criminal background checks.
  • Desired Characteristics :

  • Preferred candidate will work from an office - Research Park in Wauwatosa, WI
  • Prior experience within GE Ultrasound or GEHC
  • Prior inside sales experience
  • College degree preferred
