Description The Senior Learning Facilitation Professional conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences.
The Senior Learning Facilitation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-
depth evaluation of variable factors. Responsibilities The Senior Learning Facilitation Professional will require interdepartmental collaboration to create curriculum that addresses both the education and compliance needs of the Member Services Department.
This role will require extensive vetting of information to ensure processes presented are in alignment with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Candidate should expect to plan, coordinate, and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization, including but not limited to instructor-
led and virtual instructor-led training. In addition, candidate will have to participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to understand the business and support the curriculum creation.
As part of the development expectations in this role the candidate or associate will participate in taking member calls for a minimum of two hours per week to ensure candidate or associate is always understanding of the business needs and what will be required to support the core operations.
Selects appropriate materials. Associate or candidate will communicate trainee’s performance and be involved in the assessing of the onboarding inbound contact representatives.
Role will require constant repositioning of the education material to service the need of the Member Services associates.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of training or learning development experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.
Experience managing process development Fully Bilingual English / Spanish. Must be able to speak, read and write in both languages without limitations or assistance.

Overtime, needed to work some weekends and evenings .
Weekend or after hours training may occur based on CMS changes or Regulatory Compliance requirements. Travel will be required based on rotating training between Puerto Rico, Orlando, Tampa and Doral, FL.
Continued self-education and training will be required to succeed in this job.
