Plans and organizes all elements of product manufacturing and distribution related to the acquisition of materials and services.
Manages major responsibilities across multiple supply chain disciplines on a regular basis. Performs supply chain activities that cannot be attributed to a defined discipline.
May also include professional employees required to perform activities across several disciplines on smaller sites.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES OR TASKS
Manages team of primarily entry and intermediate professionals or team leaders of Technical / Business Support or Production / Maintenance employees, with flexibility to determine how Assignments are completed (e.
g., objectives and approaches to completing work).
Sets day-to-day goals and objectives for team members.
Explains policies, practices, and procedures
Contribute to the department’s performance management system and ensure processes are rigorously implemented by staff members by conducting processes within the minimum following basic system : Conduct performance planning meetings.
Observe behavior and register and document critical incidents.Conduct positive and corrective feedback process meetings.Conduct periodic performance review.
Conduct final evaluation and rating of performance results.Design, discuss, and implement employees’ development plans.Link merit increase actions to performance results.
Actively participate in disciplinary actions.
Ensure department goals are achieved.
Complete competence assessments as per plan and create competence models if needed.
Ensure projects are staffed with correct competency levels.
Ensure that department employee retention strategy is executed.
Provide direct supervision to skilled operational or technical employees.
Support management in the recruiting and hiring activities to ensure projects are staffed accordingly.
Responsible for executing CTB and Non-CTB service robustness plan.
Ensure employees follow the company’s policies and procedures, e.g., for sick time, personal leave, overtime, contact with the media or press, confidentiality about organization information, etc.
Ensure new employees are oriented to the organization, its policies, facilities, etc.
Recommend hiring of new employees, transfers, promotions, salary actions, terminations, performance management and budget recommendations.
Develop and maintain effective working environment by promoting and enhancing self-esteem and the highest level of participation and integration in harmony with the company and people values.
Assist in development and management of budget, staffing, and or business / operations results, when required.
Contribute to the overall performance of safety committee, and assure active participation of subordinates.
Keep employees constantly informed of risks and unsafe conditions, detect any violations, and take corrective actions as required.
Provide leadership and guidance in the daily functions to practitioners.
Provide a positive and equitable working environment emphasizing respect, ethics, safety, security and quality.
Responsible for guiding others on company policies and procedures.
Assist with new business development.
OTHER MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES OR TASKS
Attend and have participation in group meetings, teleconferences and / or training required.
Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts. Obtain ACE Associate certification.
Support project management activities.
Based on business needs, the incumbent may be required to support other duties / functions within the company.
Travel up to 10%
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Materials Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting , Information Technology or Engineering.
3 years of relevant experience in leadership.
US Citizenship or Permanent Residence is required.
English fluency (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications :
ERP and / or MRP experience (especially SAP)
High proficiency in MS Office suite
Critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong administrative skills : Must be able to manage multiple tasks and adhere to specific timetables
Extremely detail and process oriented.
Ability to work in a team environment
