Responsible for the development and implementation of the program in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization and the programs requirements.
Develop work plan, scope, deliverables, schedule, budget and new initiatives for the program.
Responsible for the administration and management of the program.
Evaluate community needs and assist with outreach and marketing for the program.
Prepare performance reports of the program through its cycle.
Monitor, oversee and ensure that the program is in compliance with the federal rules and regulations, policy and program requirements.
Lead and evaluate other staff members and work closely with cross functional teams.
Develop and control deadlines, budget, activities and operating plan for the program.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Among other duties.
Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Sustainability or related fields.
4+ years of experience in program management or other managerial positions.
Experience in managing a team.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
LEED GA, LEED AP or have knowledge in green building, sustainability, and resiliency.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish and English. Powered by
