  • The incumbent is responsible for managing the organization’s Office 365, Share Point, ShareFiles, Cisco Collaboratives and others collaborative and productivity tools with the aim of improving processes, functionality, stake holder buys in;
  • and stake holder familiarity.


  • Manages in an effective manner the Office 365, Share Point, ShareFiles, Cisco Collaboratives and others collaborative and productivity tools to ensure correct configuration, fault diagnosis and resolution.
  • Enables the organization to make full use of its Office 365 and others productivity tools and ensure it achieves ROI.
  • Develops solutions and end user training and education.
  • Develops and maintains process improvements, working closely with the Business Solutions Architect and the Business Applications Manager.
  • Provides advice as the technical expert in their own right and displays the ability to both apply the expertise knowledge and disseminates it to the rest of the team.
  • Provides guidance and assistance based upon knowledge and experience.
  • Works closely with the Business Solutions Architect and Business Applications Manager in developing and maintaining process improvements, automation, Office 365, Share Point and others productivity tools.
  • Provides end user documentation and training and facilitates Office 365 adoption by means of end user training and user guides.
  • Explores new applications and evaluates business possibilities applicability and how to increase the utilization of mobile technology in our date to date operations as well.


  • Expert in the full breadth of the Office 365 suite and Share Point and with integrating Office 365 with SharePoint
  • Skilled in Office 365 and Share Point administration and management using the Office 365 Admin Portal.
  • Able to facilitate Office 365 adoption
  • Able to explore new applications and evaluate business possibilities applicability and to increase the utilization of technology in our date to date operations
  • Ability to organize and manage workloads and ensure high-quality service provision

  • Generally, works in a closed environment, in office conditions, with normal level of noise and controllable changes of temperature
  • Needs to stand, walk and may be seated for a long period

  • Applies communication and technical skills and IT concepts knowledge to perform work and coordinate with others

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology Systems, or Engineering Technology, or Programming, or Software Design, or Computer Science
  • MCSA MS Office 365, CCNA Cisco Collaboration Certification

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience managing :
  • o The use of mobile applications for business

    o Unified Messaging and Voicemail configuration within Office 365.

    o Video conference equipment
