  • Perform general, as well as specific administrative duties
  • Personnel files and records maintenance of personnel files, ensuring timely filing of documents and transition between active / terminated files and performing any necessary audits
  • Plan and organize various company, holiday and employee meetings and events
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to senior management
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Requisitos - Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Office Systems, Business
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
