As the Sr. Administrative and Communications Assistant, you will work directly with the Site Leadership Team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.

These main duties include : Scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, organizing site calendars, and company activities.

This person will also identify and address the needs of senior leaders and perform administrative tasks to ensure the company’s workflow runs smoothly.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following :

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Participate in the coordination and deployment of community activities
  • Arrange corporate events to take place inside and outside of the work place
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff according to company values
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Negotiate with internal / external clients, vendors and suppliers
  • Support People Managers and colleagues in the coordination of colleague’s engagement initiatives
  • Support Leadership in the coordination of : Town Halls, Leadership Forums, Site Leadership Meeting, Corporate visits and Site Leader meetings, and global meetings
  • Participate in special site committees / teams as assigned
  • Manage integration initiatives, activities and efforts among the Site Administrative Support Team group
  • Develop business presentations as required
  • Write, edit and prepare internal and external materials
  • Interview source persons and research subjects in order to obtain information and verify facts;
  • Keep abreast of new communication technology and social media developments
  • Develop, recommend and maintain editorial policy and branding guidelines
  • Basic Qualifications :

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6 years of related professional experience
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak both languages fluently)
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with video-making software
  • Ability to analyze business process performance and drive new processes to improve workflow
