We take pride in taking care of our customers, the right individual will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care.
To be considered a successful candidate for this position we need a Customer Service Representative who can take charge and foster positive relationships with our customers.
Workday tasks include, but are not limited to : Answering customers inquiries via email and chat Meeting reasonable customer satisfaction goals Working with other members of the customer service team Meet and exceed established metrics for the position Interact with customers, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service.
A good match is one who has or is : Experience in customer service, specifically E-commerce related Bilingual (English and Spanish) Communicative- Excellent verbal and written communication skills A way with words, both orally and written Available for varying shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
Job Type : Part-time with the possibility of full-time.
