Providing outstanding customer service in French Language for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-

depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Customer Support

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • CRM Management

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
  • Record details of actions taken.
  • Maintain customer databases (Duplicates).
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Follow up on customer interactions.
  • Skills and Abilities

  • Native or Advanced level of French (write, speak and read).
  • Ability to work in a pressured and fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative and Proactive.
  • Team-Work oriented.
  • Proficient level of MS Office preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Problem Solving / Analysis.
  • Decision Making.
  • Communication Proficiency.
  • Collaboration Skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Education and Experience

  • Associate degree in related field.
  • Six (6) months of experience in within retail, service support, client relations
