Descripcion

  • Check all applications for the completeness and accuracy of information before or during the call to give proper information.
  • Responsible for surveys percentage results in their areas. Results are monitored by an audit system.
  • Maintain and comply with the established percentage for the monitoring process.
  • All performance targets will be observed based on the accumulated average of surveys completed by the all customer engagement specialist.
  • Comply with the applicable policies and procedures and regulations.
  • Requisitos - Requirements

  • Associate degree in health or business or related field or equivalent professional work experience.
