Role Summary :
The Composites Technical Track Engineer will focus on developing and positioning future technical leaders within the Composites Organization through a series of customized rotational assignments focused on an array of core technical competencies surrounding ceramic and polymer matrix composite products.
This role will be located at one of the locations within the Composites Organization listed, based on business need, availability of assignment opportunities, and individual talent assessments.

Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Materials / Ceramics / Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of Composites industry experience))
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS : Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
In addition must have US Persons status due to import / export controls.
Ability and willingness to relocate multiple times throughout the Composite Technical Track based on business need and availability of assignment opportunities.
