Promotes all Company's products and services to in-coming customers by providing information in the store area. Performs selling efforts in a prompt and professional manner.
Have domain of our products, the competition and the market, to effectively guide the prospects on offerings of products, benefits, price, and credit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include :
Reports to designated store in accordance with assigned working schedule.
Greets incoming customers in a courteous, creative and Liberty Way.
Offers information about new products covering full range of new services and procedures.
Builds new contacts and prospects to discuss their needs and how this need can be achieve by specific services every single day.
Makes sure to follow the established minimum sales quota on a weekly and monthly basis.
Track all processed sales to make sure that they are installed on a timely manner.
Sells new services creatively to customers visiting the store.
Exceeds or maintains minimum sales standards as required.
Refers customers with service issues to available CSSR's using a very subtle and considerate approach.
Demonstrates courtesy and patience in customer relations.
Assure that all payment are received and posted correctly and aligning with company's policies.
Handles appropriate sales documents and payments records to complete sales processes.
Sends daily all sales processed and documentation to sales processing supervisor or assigned personnel.
Responsible for wearing every working day the uniform provided by the company and maintains it in good conditions.
Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Amazing Customer Experience's Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America's policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
Availability to work rotating shifts in all kiosks within our franchise.

Job Competencies :
To perform this job, you should demonstrate the following competencies :
Influence and Persuasion
Education and / or Experience :
Associate degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a requirement.
Experience in sales in a retail or shopping mall environment preferably.
Other Qualifications :
Knowledge in internet, video and VoIP services preferably.
Knowledge of standard office and business organization procedures.
Knowledge of computer systems.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Fully bilingual (Spanish - English).
