Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain current and future client relationships
  • Maintain high performing service support functions
  • Recommend new forms of innovative technologies and solutions
  • Protect current client base and encourage growth by identifying areas of opportunities
  • Manage and measure the delivery of all services
  • Manage, produce and complete action plans
  • Manage weekly meetings with Sales and Consulting staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Assist with Account Planning, Marketing and Sales efforts
  • Interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance
  • Self-motivation, tenacity and a balanced individual who brings a 'can do' attitude to work
  • Clear communication of the appropriate recommendations to address customer needs
  • Evaluating, rewarding and holding employees accountable
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving problems
  • Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in similar positions in an Information Technology Consulting Firm
  • Extensive sales experience in building a pipeline to drive future performance
  • Experience of continually improving your team's ability to deliver the best customer service
