Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Package and support deployment of releases.
Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.

Provide third-level support to business users.
Research and evaluate a variety of software products.
Required Skills :
Demonstrate superior skill using Microsoft.Net and other technologies used in development.
Possess strong graphical design skills.
Proficient in GUI design best practices.
Familiar with Object Oriented languages and Design Patterns.
Strong knowledge of Web Application architectures and Microsoft programming.
Expertise with SQL Server, Database Design, T-SQL and Stored Procedures (Database replication is a plus).
Experience working with Team Foundation Server.
Experience in Client Server Architecture and Software Development Life Cycle. Full life-cycle experience (from gathering user requirements through prototyping, testing, deployment and implementation).
Strong written and oral Communication Skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment is critical.
Education and Experience :
Four year college diploma or University degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science and / or equivalent experience.
At least six years’ experience in the technology industry with some experience in management and in the role of Software Developer.
